1. Đối với nhân viên và thành viên tại cirCO:
Tất cả nhân viên có “Thẻ Xanh COVID”, theo đó đã thỏa các điều kiện: đã được tiêm vaccine, xét nghiệm âm tính và không tiếp xúc gần F0 trong vòng 14 ngày.
2. Quy định khoảng cách tại không gian làm việc cirCO:
Khoảng cách giữa hai chỗ ngồi tối thiểu là 2m ở mọi khu vực
Bố trí vách ngăn để hạn lây lan khi tiếp xúc gần
Nhiệt độ trong phòng không thấp hơn 25 độ C.
3. Kiểm soát việc ra vào văn phòng:
Đo thân nhiệt
Đeo khẩu trang
Rửa tay sát khuẩn
Khai báo y tế
Hướng dẫn di chuyển trong không gian văn phòng
4. Khử khuẩn và đảm bảo vệ sinh môi trường làm việc:
Thực hiện khử khuẩn định kỳ
Tăng cường tần suất vệ sinh và khử trùng theo quy định của bộ y tế
Trang bị thùng rác có nắp đậy
Khử khuẩn trang thiết bị cá nhân theo yêu cầu
5.Khuyến khích tuyên truyền, phổ biến về phòng chống dịch tại cirCO:
Bảng hướng dẫn phòng, chống dịch tại từng chi nhánh
Thường xuyên nhắc nhở thành viên thực hiện các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch.
Thông báo đầu mối phụ trách phòng, chống dịch tại địa phương
6.Trang bị cơ sở vật chất, y tế phòng chống dịch tại nơi làm việc:
Trang bị phòng y tế, tủ thuốc, phòng cách ly tạm thời để phục vụ công tác phòng chống dịch.
Chuẩn bị máy móc thiết bị vật tư y tế như: máy đo thân nhiệt, phun xịt dung dịch khử khuẩn, thiết bị quét mã QR tại cửa ra vào văn phòng.

The minimum distance between two seats are 2m in all areas
Arrange partition to limit virus spread in close contact
Room temperature is not lower than 25 degrees

Disinfection and hygiene of the working environment:
Periodical disinfection
Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection according to the regulation of the Ministry of Health
Equip trash can with lids
Disinfect personal equipment as required
To encourage propaganda, dissemination of the Covid-19 prevention at cirCO:
Instruction for preventing the pandemic at each brand
Regularly reminds members to follow the prevention methods
Notify to responsible focal in charge of the pandemic prevention and control
Equipment and medical facilities for epidemic prevention at the workplace:
Equip medical room, medicine cabinets, temporary isolation room to serve epidemic prevention.
Prepare medical equipment and supplies such as thermometers, disinfectant sprays, QR code scanners at the office entrance.
